    أثر الإبداع على فعالية تحقيق الجودة الشاملة

    الملخص (بالعربية) : هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر الإبداع على تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بالمنطقة الصناعية لولاية سيدي بلعباس، إذ شملت جانبا نظريا يخص أدبيات الإبداع في سياق المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وذلك وفق مقاربة المستويات، مع إبراز علاقته بالجودة الشاملة، وجانبا آخرا تطبيقيا لتحليل علاقة الأثر بين المتغيرين .وكان اختيارنا لمحاور الدراسة (الإبداع الفردي الإبداع الجماعي، الإبداع التنظيمي )لما لهم من أهمية في أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية، أما محاور الجودة الشاملة فشملت كل من التركيز على الزبون، التحسين المستمر وتمكين الأفراد .وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر متوسط لمستويات الإبداع على تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية محل الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية : الإبداع، مستويات الإبداع، الجودة الشاملة، المؤسسة الاقتصادية. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Résumé (en Français) : L'étude visait à analyser l'impact de la créativité sur l'atteinte de la qualité totale dans un groupe d'entreprises de la zone industrielle de Sidi Bel Abbes. Il comprenait un aspect théorique lié à la littérature de la créativité dans le contexte de l'institution économique selon l'approche par niveaux, tout en mettant en évidence sa relation à la qualité totale, et un autre aspect appliqué pour analyser la relation d'effet entre les deux variables. Notre choix d'axes d'étude (créativité individuelle, créativité collective, créativité organisationnelle) en raison de leur importance dans la performance des entreprises, Quant aux axes de qualité totale ils comprenaient l'orientation client, l'amélioration continue et la responsabilisation des individus. L'étude a conclu qu'il existe un effet moyen des niveaux de créativité sur l'atteinte de la qualité totale dans les entreprises étudiées. Les mots clés : Créativité, Niveaux de créativité, Qualité totale, Entreprises ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Abstract (en Anglais) : The study aimed to analyze the impact of creativity on achieving total quality in a group of enterprises in the industrial zone of the state of Sidi Bel Abbes. It included a theoretical aspect related to the literature of creativity in the context of the economic institution according to the levels approach, while highlighting its relationship to total quality, And another applied aspect to analyze the effect relationship between the two variables. Our choice of study axes (individual creativity, collective creativity, organizational creativity) because of their importance in the performance of enterprises, As for the axes of total quality they included focus on the customer, continuous improvement and empowering individuals. The study concluded that there is an average effect of creativity levels on achieving total quality in the enterprises under study. Keywords : Creativity, Creativity levels, Total quality, Enterprises
