    الملخص(بالعربية): تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الآليات الكفيلة بدعم وتطوير القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ظل التحديات التي تطرحها العولمة، حيث تم تصميم استبيان شمل 89 مؤسسة تنشط على مستوى ستة ولايات، وتم معالجة البيانات المحصلة بواسطة برنامج SPSS v.24. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر لا تزال ترتكز في تعزيز تنافسيتها على عوامل الدفع الطبيعية، كما أنبناء نسيج مؤسساتي تنافسي و متكامل يستدعي التركيزأكثر,على الكثافة المعرفية والاستثمار بقوة في مداخلا لجودة، الابداع والابتكار ، ومن هذا المنطلق فإن تقويم الاستراتيجية الحكومية لتأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لابد لها أن تبنى على المعرفة الدقيقة بظروفها وإمكاناتها، كما ترتكز إلى حد بعيد على فهم وتشخيص المشاكل التي تحول دون تعزيز وتطوير تنافسيتها. Résumé (Français) : Cette étude s'adresse à identifier les mécanismes du soutien et du développement de la compétitivité des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises (PME) face aux défis de la mondialisation, en utilisant un questionnaire orienté vers 89 PME qui exercent au niveau de six wilayas du territoire national. Les données collectées sont traitées par SPSS v.24. L'étude nous a permis de conclure que les PME en Algérie dépendent encore sur les facteurs naturels pour booster leur compétitivité, ainsi que la construction d'un tissu institutionnel compétitif et intégré nécessite une plus grande concentration sur le savoir-faire et l'investissement dans la qualité, créativité et l'innovation. En ce sens, l'évaluation de la stratégie gouvernementale pour la réhabilitation des PME doit se fonder sur une connaissance précise de sa situation et ses potentiels et repose largement sur la compréhension et le diagnostic des problèmes qui empêchent la promotion et le développement de sa compétitivité. Abstract (English) : This study aims to identify the mechanisms for supporting and developing the competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in light of the globalization challenges, using a survey including 89 SMEs from six wilaya. The data collected were processed by SPSS v.24. The study concluded that SMEs in Algeria still depend on natural factors to boost their competitiveness. The construction of a competitive and integrated institutional fabric requires more focus on know-how and strong investment in quality, creativity and innovation. In this sense, the adjustment of the rehabilitation's governmental strategy of SMEs must be based on accurate knowledge of their circumstances and potentials, and largely on the understanding and diagnosis of problems that prevent the promotion and development of their competitiveness.
