    قبائل بني عامر في الجزائر خلال الفترة الاستعمارية

    الملخص (بالعربية) يعتبر تاريخ قبيلة بني عامر في الجزائر من المواضيع الشائكة التي تناولها الباحثون والمؤرخون، والتي لا يزال مجال البحث فيها خصبا، وتأتي دراستنا هذه المتعلقة بقبائل بني عامر في الجزائر خلال الفترة الاستعمارية لإزالة اللبس والغموض عن مختلف الجوانب الاجتماعية والسياسة والاقتصادية لهذه القبائل بجكم التحولات والتفاعلات التي عاشتها بدءا بجذورها التاريخية المرتبطة بتأثير الظروف التي عايشتها على مواقفها، ووصولا إلى الدور الذي لعبته منذ الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر منذ 1830 والدور الذي لعبته في مقاومته تحت لواء الأمير عبد القادر، حيث أدى ذلك إلى تهجيرها وتعرضها للإبادة في المغرب، وبعد رجوعها تعرضت للتفكيك مع سيناتيس كونسيلت الذي غير هويتها القبلية واستبدلها بالوحدة الإدارية المعروفة بالدوار الكلمات المفتاحية : القبيلة، الهوية القبلية، بنو عامر، كنفدرالية، فصائل، إبادة، تفكيك، التشريعات العقارية، سناتيس كونسيلت، الدوار Résumé (en Français) : Il est considéré que l’histoire de la tribu béni ameur son parmi les sujet épineux que les chercheures et historiens son à l’heure actuelle toujours en train d’éclaircir, nos recherches concernant cette tribu en Algérie pendant la période coloniale demeurent encore floues et confuses sur divers volets à savoir :social ,politique, et économique, l’impact qu’a joué la présence coloniale sur cette tribu depuis 1830 et son rôle sur la résistance menée par l’autorité de l’émir abdelkader, à savoir une délocalisation au Maroc et une tentative d’ extermination , après le retour de cette tribu sur ses terre d’origines, cette même tribu a été divisé par sénatus consulte qui a modifié l’identité tribale et transformé l’unité administrative par la constitution de douar.
