    الملخص(بالعربية) لقد أضحي التحكيم مظهرا بديلا لحل منازعات الصفقات العمومية على ضخامتها، ولكن تحت رقابة القضاء الذي له دور في كل مراحل الخصومة التحكيمية، بل وحتى بعد انتهائها بواسطة تفعيل طرق الطعن العادية وغير العادية سواء كانت مباشرة أو غير مباشرة الكلمات المفتاحية: التحكيم، الصفقات العمومية، المرافق العامة، الرقابة القضائية، التجريم Résumé (en Français) : L'arbitrage est devenu un aspect alternatif de la résolution des litiges relatifs aux marchés publics de leur ampleur, mais sous la supervision du pouvoir judiciaire qui a un rôle à jouer dans toutes les étapes du litige d'arbitrage, et même après son achèvement en activant les mesures d’appel normales et inhabituelles, qu’elles soient directes ou indirectes. Mots clés : Arbitrage, marchés publics, installations publiques, contrôle judiciaire, criminalisation Abstract (en Anglais) : Summary: Arbitration has become an alternative aspect of the resolution of public procurement disputes of their magnitude, but under the supervision of the judiciary, which has a role to play in all stages of the arbitration dispute, and even after its completion in activating normal and unusual call measures, whether direct or indirect.
