    الملخص(بالعربية): ان التطور السريع في المجال الطبي، قد ادى الى مضاعفة مسؤولية الطبيب في كافة الاختصاصات، فالطبيب الشرعي يعتبر مسؤولا عن كافة اخطائه المهنية وبالتالي تترتب عليه مسؤولية طبية قانونية، تتمثل في المسؤولية المدنية التي تطرح العديد من التساؤلات سواءا بالنسبة لماهيتها او كيفية إثباتها أو انتفائها، ذلك بإسقاط الاحكام العامة للمسؤولية المدنية على مسؤولية الطبيب الشرعي والمتعلقة بالخطا المدني. هناك جانب أخر من المسؤولية وهي مسؤولية الطبيب الشرعي الجزائية من خلال قيامها ونطاقها، والجرائم التي يمكن للطبيب الشرعي ان يرتكبها سواء كانت عمدية أو غير عمدية من خلال ممارسته لمهنته، ذلك طبقا لما نص عليه قانون العقوبات اوتلك المتعلقة بتقنين الصحة. Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : The rapid development in the medical field has led to doubling the responsibility of the doctor in all specialties. The forensic doctor is responsible for all his professional mistakes and therefore has a legal medical responsibility. This is the civil responsibility that raises many questions, whether it is the nature or how to prove it or not, By dropping the general provisions of civil liability on the responsibility of the forensic doctor and related to civil wrongdoing. There is another aspect of responsibility, which is the responsibility of the forensic pathologist through its establishment and scope, and the crimes that a forensic doctor can commit, whether intentional or unintentional, through the exercise of his profession, in accordance with the provisions of the Penal Code
