    فعالية نموذج الأعمال في سياق إنشاء المؤسسات دراسة ميدانية حول المؤسسات المنجزة في ولاية سيدي بلعباس

    الملخص (بالعربية) تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى القيام بتحليل نظري وتجريبي لأهم المتغيرات المؤثرة على فعالية نموذج الأعمال وإنشاء المؤسسة ، فبعد أن قمنا بتحديد المتغيرات المؤثرة عليه، قمنا بطرح نموذج مفاهيمي يمكننا من تحليل فعالية نموذج الأعمال، أداء المؤسسة وكذا المتغير المعدل وهو الديناميكية البيئية وخلق القيمة قمنا باختبار النموذج المفاهيمي على عينة مكونة من 68 مؤسسة من ولاية سيدي بلعباس، استخدمنا نموذج المعادلة الهيكلية بطريقة PLS في عملية تحليل البيانات تؤكد النتائج التي توصلنا إليها صحة الفرضيات، بأنّ أهم العوامل المؤثرة على أداء المؤسسات بولاية سيدي بلعباس هي فعالية نموذج الأعمال كأعلى نسبة ، في حين وجدنا أثرا كبير لأداء المؤسسة على خلق القيمة، كما وجدنا أثرا للمتغير المعدل (الديناميكية البيئية) الذي يضعف العلاقة بين نموذج الأعمال وأداء المؤسسة الكلمات المفتاحية إنشاء المؤسسات، فعالية نموذج الأعمال، أداء المؤسسة، خلق القيمة ،الديناميكية البيئية، ولاية سيدي بلعباس. Résumé (en Français) : Cette étude vise à réaliser une analyse théorique et expérimentale des variables les plus importantes affectant l'efficacité du business model et l'implantation de l'entreprise, après avoir identifié les variables qui l'affectent, nous avons présenté un modèle conceptuel qui nous permet d'analyser l'efficacité du business model, la performance de l'entreprise ainsi que la variable modifiée qu'est la dynamique environnementale et la création de valeur. Nous avons testé le modèle conceptuel sur un échantillon de 68 entreprises de de l'État de Sidi Bel Abbes, et nous avons utilisé le modèle d'équation structurelle en utilisant la méthode PLS dans le processus d'analyse des données. les résultats confirment la validité des hypothèses, que les facteurs les plus affectant au performance des entreprises de Sidi Bel Abbes sont L'efficacité du business model la plus élevée, et nous l'avons trouvé aussi l’Impact significatif de la performance de l'entreprise sur la création de valeur, nous avons également un effet de la variable modifiée (dynamique environnementale) qui affaiblit la relation entre le modèle d'affaires et la performance de l'entreprise. Les mots clés : Création d’entreprise, L’efficacité du Business Model, Performance de l’entreprise, Création de valeur, Dynamique environnementale, Sidi Bel Abbes Abstract (en Anglais) : Abstract: This study aims carry out a theoretical and experimental analysis of the most important variables affecting on the effectiveness of the business model and enterprise creation , after we identified the variables affecting it, we presented a conceptual model that enables us to analyze the effectiveness of the business model, and the organization’s performance as well as the modified variable which is dynamics environmental and value creation. We tested the conceptual model on a sample of 68 enterprises in Sidi Bel Abbes. We used the structural equation model using the PLS method in the data analysis process. The result confirm the validity of the hypotheses that the most important factors affecting on the performance of Sidi Bel Abbes enterprises are the effectiveness of the business model as the highest proportion. While we found a significant impact of the institution’s performance on creating value.
