    التدخل العسكري وقواعد القانون الدولي

    :الملخص(بالعربية) إذا كان التدخل العسكرية الدولي اليوم محرما في العلاقات الدولية، سواء في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة أو في جميع المواثيق الدولية الأخرى، فإن استخدامو يعد مشروعا في أربع حالات حصرىا ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، ولم يكتفي الميثاق بتحديد تمك الحالات وانما تعداه إلى تحديد الضوابط القانونية التي يتقيد بيا مجمس الأمن في تقرير التدخل العسكري بالإضافة إلى ما يقرره القانون الدول في ذلك المجال. وبالتالي ىدفت ىذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف عمى التغيّ ا رت التي ط أ رت عمى مبادئ القانون الدولي العام التي أوجدت التدخل العسكري، كما ىدفت إلى التعرف عمى مفيوم التدخل العسكري ومفيوم الصور التدخل العسكري، والتقصي عن سنده القانوني، إضافة إلى بيان أصناف التدخل العسكري، وماىية أسباب فشمو ونجاحو، وعمى أبرز أمثمتو التي شيدتيا الساحة الدولية Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : today's international military intervention is prohibited in international relations, both in the Charter of the United Nations and in all other international instruments, its use is legitimate in four cases enumerated in the Charter of the United Nations. The aim of this study was to identify the changes in the principles of international public law that created the military intervention.
