    إدارة المعرفة وأهميتها في تنمية المناولة الصناعية في الجزائر -حالة قطاع السيارات- دراسة عينة من المؤسسة المناولة في قطاع السيارات في الشرق الجزائري

    الملخص (بالعربية) تسعى الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم اداري حديث اصبح يمثل وظيفة اساسية ومصدر الثروة في المنظمة ويتعلق الامر بادارة المعرفة ومدى مساهمتها في تنمية المناولة الصناعية في المؤسسات الصناعية المتخصصة في قطاع السيارات في الجزائر تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى اهتمام المسيرين بالمعرفة في المؤسسات الصناعية من اجل تنمية المناولة الصناعية في قطاع السيارات في الجزائر وكيفية توظيفها في المؤسسة للزيادة من قدراتها لمواجهة المنافسة بنجاح، وخلصــــــت إلى وجود ارتباط قوي وايجابي بين إدارة المعرفة وتنمية المناولة الصناعية في المؤسسات محل الدراسة كما تبين وجود اثر لأبعاد إدارة المعرفة على تنمية المناولة الصناعية الكلمات المفتاحية : إدارة المعرفة، المناولة الصناعية Résumé (en Français) : Cette étude vise à éclaircir un concept managérial moderne devenu une fonction fondamentale et source de richesse dans l'organisation. Cette fonction est liée au management des connaissances et spécialement à sa contribution au développement de la sous-traitance industrielle dans les entreprises industrielles spécialisées dans l'industrie d’automobile en Algérie. L'étude vise à connaître de l’importance et l'intérêt les connaissances pour les managers dans les entreprises industrielles afin de développer la sous-traitance industrielle dans le secteur d’automobile en Algérie ; et comment l'employeur peut accroître ses capacités pour faire face avec succès à la concurrence. En conclusion on peut dire qu'il existe un lien fort entre le management des connaissances et le développement et la sous-traitance industrielle dans les entreprises étudiées et on peut confirmer aussi qu’il existe une corrélation entre les indicateurs de management des connaissances et le développement de la sous-traitance industrielle.. The study aims to know the extent of the interest of executives for knowledge in industrial establishments in order to develop industrial subcontracting in the automotive sector in Algeria and how the employer in the institution can increase its capacities to successfully face the competition.
