    :الملخص (بالعربية) تتمتع حقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة بالحماية القانونية بموجب التشريعات الوطنية والاتفاقيات الدولية وتساهم حماية هذه الحقوق في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية ولها أثر على جلب الاستثمار الاجنبي ونقل التكنولوجيا كما تساهم هذه الحماية في تطور الصناعة والتجارة في المنتجات والخدمات المرتبطة بحقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة وأصبحنا اليوم نتكلم عن تسليع المعرفة مثل )صناعة الكتاب والنشر ،صناعة السينما، الموسيقى، برامج الكومبيوتر ،البرامج التلفزيونية...( كما تساهم الحماية القانونية لحقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة في تقوية المنافسة بين المؤسسات العاملة في هذا الميدان وتوفير مناصب العمل كلمات مفتاحية: حقوق مؤلف،حقوق مجاورة،الحماية القانونية،الانعكاسات،اقتصاد،الاستثمار،نقل التكنولوجيا الصناعة،التجارة،المنافسة،العمالة Résumé (en Français) : Les droits d’auteur et les droits voisins jouissent d’une protection juridique par la législation nationale et les conventions internationales, La protection de ces droits contribue au développement économique et a un impact sur l’attraction des investissements étrangers et le transfert de technologie et contribue au développement de l’industrie et du commerce des produits et les services associés au droit d’auteur et aux droits voisins, Aujourd’hui nous parlons de la marchandisation des connaissances telles que (l’industrie du livre et de l’édition, l’industrie cinématographique, la musique, les programmes d’ordinateur, les programmes de télévision…) La protection juridique du droit d’auteur et des droits voisins contribue également au renforcement de la concurrence entre Les institutions œuvrant dans ce domaine génératrices d’emplois.
