    :الملخص (بالعربية) يتعرض الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى الحماية القانونية المقررة للصحفي بشتى صورها الجزائية والتأديبية والمدنية، وقد حاول تصنيف الاعتداءات التي يتعرض إليها الصحفيين بجميع أصنافها وبالمقابل البحث في الآليات المكرسة من أجل مجابهة هذه الاعتداءات، وصولاً إلى الكشف عن مدى الموازنة من طرف المشرع بين الحق في الإعلام وما يقابله من حق للأشخاص في حماية خصوصياتهم ليختتم الباحث دراسته ببعض النتائج المتوصل إليها مع تضمين دراسته بعديد التوصيات والاقتراحات التي من شأنها المساعدة في تفعيل أكثر لتلك الحماية الكلمات المفتاحية: حماية الصحفيين – الحماية الجزائية للصحفي – حرية العمل الصحفي Abstract (en Anglais) : Through this study, the researcher is subjected to the legal protection prescribed to the journalist in all its penal, disciplinary and civil forms, He tried to categorize the attacks that journalists are exposed to in all their types and in return to look at the mechanisms dedicated to countering these attacks. to reveal the extent of the budget on the part of the legislator between the right to information ,the corresponding right of people to protect their privacy, The researcher concludes his study with some of the findings reached with the inclusion of his study with many recommendations and suggestions that will help to activate more for that protection. Résumé (en Français) : Grâce à cette étude, le chercheur est soumis à la protection juridique prescrite au journaliste sous toutes ses formes pénales, disciplinaires et civiles, Il a essayé de catégoriser les attaques auxquelles les journalistes sont exposés dans tous leurs types et, en retour, d’examiner les mécanismes dédiés à la lutte contre ces attaques, Pour révéler dans quelle mesure le droit du législateur à l’information est équilibré et le droit correspondant des personnes de protéger leur vie privée, Le chercheur conclut son étude avec quelques-unes des conclusions tirées avec l’inclusion de son étude avec de nombreuses recommandations et suggestions qui aideront à activer plus pour cette protection.
