    تأثیر سعر الصرف على التجارة الخارجیة دراسة قیاسیة لحالة الصین 1978- 2012

    الملخص (بالعربیة) سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبیعة العلاقة التي تربط سعر الصرف بالتجارة الخارجیة، من خلال تقدیم أرضیة نظریة للموضوع، ثم إسقاطها على حالة الصین خلال الفترة (2012-1978)، وا ٕ براز دور سعر صرف الیوان في دعم التجارة الخارجیة للصین، وتفسیر ظاهرة غزو السلع الصینیة لمختلف أسواق العالم و قد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن سعر صرف الیوان له تأثیر عكسي على قیمة التجارة الخارجیة للصین، أي كلما زاد سعر صرف الیوان مقابل الدولار، انخفضت قیمة التجارة الخارجیة والعكس، رغم أن هذا التأثیر قد لا یكون له اثر معنوي في الأجل القصیر، لكنه سرعان ما یصبح كذلك في الأجل الطویل وقد نجحت الصین من خلال سیاسة تخفیض العملة وتنویع هیكل صادراتها من إعطاء هذه الأخیرة میزة تنافسیة مكنتها من اختراق مختلق الأسواق في العالم Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) The study tries to identify the nature of the relationship between the exchange rate and foreign trade through a basic theoretical approach, and a analysis on the case of China during the period (1978-2012) is presented. This investigation aims at clarifying the role played by Yuan in sustaining the foreign trade as well as the invasion the Chinese commodities to the markets over the world. This analysis concluded that The Yuan exchange rate has an adverse impact on the value of China's foreign trade as the increase of the parity Yuan/Dollar leads to the decline in the foreign trade and vice versa even if this impact is much stronger in the long run than the short one. China has succeeded through a policy of devaluation and diversification of its export structure to present a competitive advantage, the fact that enabled it to penetrate forcefully the markets in the world
