    Les modèles mathématiques en épidémiologie.

    Le résumé: Dans cette thèse nous avons étudié un modèle mathématique sur la leishmaniose viscérale, nous avons étudié la stabilité locale et globale des points d’équilibres. Ensuite, on a étudié le modèle mathématique avec un traitement impulsif en des temps périodiques, nous avons étudié la stabilité de la solution triviale qui correspond à l’éradication de la maladie et nous avons étudié la bifurcation de la solution non triviale correspondant à la réapparition de la maladie. Abstract: In this thesis we studied a mathematical model on Visceral Leishmaniasis, we studied the local and global stability of the equilibrium points. Then, we studied the mathematical model with an impulsive treatment in periodic time, we studied the stability of the trivial solution which corresponds to the eradication of the disease and we studied the bifurcation of the nontrivial solution corresponding to the reappearance of the disease.
