    -العلاقة بين النمو و سعر الصرف - حالة الدول النامية

    الملخص (بالعربية) : تناولت هذه الرسالة موضوع " العلاقة بين سعر الصرف و النمو الاقتصادي "، وذلك بهدف معرفة مختلف الروابط التي تحكم تغيرات سعر الصرف و كذا اهم مكونات النمو الاقتصادي التي يمكن ان تتأثر بسعر الصرف و مدى تأثيره هو عليها حيث تم تقسيم البحث إلى ثلاث فصول، عالجنا من خلالها : كل الجوانب المرتبطة بالتنمية الاقتصادية و النمو و مختلف نظريات التجارة الدولية، و كذا مختلف نظريات سعر الصرف و كذا اهم العوامل المتحكم فيه. وقد توصلنا في الدراسة إلى أن ليس هناك علاقة واضحة في بداية الامر خاصة بالنسبة للدول التي تبني نموذجا اقتصادي خاص بها و لكن مع مرور الوقت يمكن ان يصبح سعر الصرف متغير مساعد و مفسر و لو نسبيا على عملية النمو الاقتصادي من خلال تحفيز الصادرات او تقليص فاتورة الواردات ، و قد اسقطنا هذه العلاقة على الصين و ماليزيا باعتبارهما دولتان ناميان لهما تجربة مع بناء نموذج اقتصادي يعمل على تحقيق النمو و كذا تجربة مع الاسواق المالية و كذا سياسة نقدية خاصة بهما Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : Abstract: This thesis addressed as a subject " the relationship between the exchange rate and economic growth, in order to learn about different causes the various links that exchange rate changes and control as well as the most important components of economic growth that can be affected by exchange rate, Where research is divided into three chapters, in which we addressed: All linked to economic development and growth, and the various aspects of international trade theories, and as well as the various theories of the exchange rate and as well as the most important factors controlled. We have found in the study that there is no clear relationship at the beginning of a private matter for the States, which is building its own economic model But with the passage of time can become a variable exchange rate assistant and interpreter, and if relatively process of economic growth by stimulating exports or reduce the import bill, And may we dropped this relationship to China and Malaysia as the two countries are both developing the experience with the construction of an economic model that works to achieve growth and as well as experience with financial markets and as well as their own monetary policy.
