    سوق المصادقة على الحسابات في الجزائر ومكاتب التدقيق الدولية

    الملخص (بالعربية) تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز اهم المتطلبات الأساسية لتحسين جودة التدقيق، والوصول بها الى المستوى المطلوب والرقابة على جودة أعمال التدقيق، كما تهدف الدراسة الى تحديد دور ومساهمة مكاتب التدقيق في الجزائر في تهيأة بيئة المصادقة على الحسابات في الجزائر والظفر بذلك الى الرفع من جودة خدمات مكاتب التدقيق فاعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعرفة الإطار النظري لمتغيرات الدراسة والاعتماد على الاستبيان من خلال توزيعه على عينة من محافظي الحسابات والخبراء المحاسبين، حيث قمنا باستخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية spss خلصت نتائج دراستنا الى أن تبني معايير التدقيق الدولية في مكاتب التدقيق يزيد من جودة التدقيق وبالتالي يسهم في تهيئة بيئة التدقيق الجزائرية، وبالتالي هذا الأخير يسهل من عمل مكاتب التدقيق الدولية في سوق المصادقة على الحسابات في الجزائر من خلال تحسين جودة التدقيق وفتح مجال للمنافسة بين مكاتب التدقيق المحلية والدولية للظفر بأكبر حصة سوقية. الكلمات المفتاحية: جودة التدقيق، مكاتب التدقيق الدولية، سوق المصادقة على الحسابات Résumé (en Français) : Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence les exigences de base les plus importantes pour améliorer la qualité de d'audit, d'atteindre le niveau requis et de contrôler la qualité des travaux d'audit. Nous sommes donc appuyés sur l'approche analytique descriptive pour connaître le cadre théorique des variables d'étude et dépendait du questionnaire en le distribuant à un échantillon des commissaires aux comptes et les experts comptables, où nous avons utilisé le logiciel de statistique spss. Les résultats de notre étude ont conclu que l'adoption des normes d'audit internationales dans les bureaux d'audit augmentent la qualité de l'audit et contribuent ainsi à la création d’environnement d'audit algérien, et donc ce dernier facilite le travail du bureaux d'audit internationaux sur le marché de certification des comptes en Algérie en améliorant la qualité de l'audit et d’ouvrir un espace de concurrence entre les bureaux Audits nationaux et internationaux pour gagner la plus grande part de marché. Abstract (en Anglais) : This study aims to highlight the most important basic requirements to improve the quality of auditing, to reach the required level and to control the quality of audit work. So we relied on the descriptive analytical approach to know the theoretical framework for the study variables and depended on the questionnaire by distributing it to auditors and accountants, where we used the statistical package spss program. The results of our study concluded that the adoption of international auditing standards in audit offices increases the quality of auditing and thus contributes to the creation of the Algerian audit environment, and thus the latter facilitates the work of international auditing offices in the account authentication market in Algeria by improving the quality of auditing and opening an area for competition between offices Domestic and international audits to win the largest market share.
