    الملخص(بالعربية) لا يزال الشعر الجاهلي من المواضيع الخالدة والمؤثرة في نفوس البشر على اختلاف مشاربهم سواء كانوا عربا أو أعاجم. فهو مسيطر على نفوسنا ومشاعرنا متجدد بتجدد الأمة ودارسيها، عاكس لتراث الأمة ومعتقداتها وهمومها ومشكلاتها. ومن بين الدارسين الذين ولعوا في دراسة الشعر الجاهلي أصحاب المدرسة الاستشراقية الألمانية، حيث وضعوه في ميزان نقدي تحليلي. وقد ظهر في هذا الصدد فريقان. فريق رافض لوجود مثل هذا الشعر واسما إياه بأنه شعر منحول مفتعل خال من الخيال. وفريق آخر درسه من ناحية جمالية، مما زاد من قيمته وفتح باب السجال حول قضاياه التي كان لها صدى لدى الدارسين العرب وغير العرب، وذلك بين مدافع لهذه الآراء الاستشراقية، وبين رافض لها ولا سيما ما يخص قضية النحل والانتحال. Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : It is worth mentioning that the Pre-Islamic Poetry still remains as a timeless, influential topic that affects many of peoples’ hearts whether they are Arabs or non-Arabs. Its impact is always controlling our souls and emotions as much as the nation renews itself. Indeed, it reflects the nation's heritage, beliefs, concerns and problems. In fact, German Orientalist scholars were among the researchers who strived in making couple of priceless investigations about the Pre-Islamic Poetry and reached the point of putting it in a critical, analytical balance. This genre of investigation has delivered two different streams. On one hand, a counteractive stream which rejected even the existence of such kind of poetry and which said that it is a false, fabricated poesy that is free of imagination. And on the other hand, another supportive stream which sees it from a more compassionate, positive angle the fact that has given more credit to this poetry to the point that it paved a way for more competitions between defenders and rejecters for the orientalist views . In other words, this phenomenon had a great echo on both Arabs and non-Arabs and more precisely on issues which concerns arrogation and plagiarism.
