    NEPAD اقتصاديات التكامل وإشكالية التكتل الاقتصادي الأفريقي: حالة مبادرة الشراكة الجديدة من أجل تنمية أفريقيا

    الملخص (بالعربية) تحاول هذه الرسالة البحث في حاضر ومستقبل التكتلات الاقتصادية الإفريقية وبالأخص مبادرة الشراكة الجديدة من أجل تنمية إفريقيا- نيباد من خلال البحث في شقّيها الاقتصادي والتجاري مع التركيز على تقديم محاولة لقياس إمكانية قيام تمويل ذاتي للتنمية في إطار مبادرة نيباد. حيث تم تقسيم هذه الرسالة إلى جزئين. الجزء الأول تفرع إلى فصلين، وعالجا الأسس النظرية للتكامل الاقتصادي وكذا عرض لأهم التكتلات الاقتصادية الأفريقية مع تقديم تقييم شامل لهذه التجارب. أما الجزء الثاني و الذي يخص الجانب التطبيقي بدوره انقسم الى فصلين، الأول تطرق لقياس أثر التكامل التجاري باستخدام نموذج البيانات المدمجة لمجموعة من الدول الإفريقية. أما الفصل الثاني فخصّص لمحاولة قياس أثر تمويل التنمية للتكامل الاقتصادي (لغز فلدشتاين- هوريوكا) في إطار مبادرة نيباد باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي لفجوات الإبطاء الموزعة لتحليل بيانات البانل. Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : The main objective of this thesis is to present news on the economic and commercial aspects in the context of Africa's Regional Economic Communities (RECs) and in particular the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD). The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, I addressed in detail to I expose the concepts and review of many definitions related to economic integration and extensive further presentation on the of Africa's Regional Economic Communities (RECs) with a detailed overall evaluation of these experiences. The second part is devoted to the econometric study. This part is divided into two chapters. In the first place, we measure the impact of trade integration with the model of integrated panel data cointegration tests in panel data. In the second chapter, we present an analytical essay on the possibility of finding a self-financing model for establishing for better economic integration in the framework of the New Partnership for Africa's Development. For this purpose, I use an econometric analysis of panel data (ARDL PMG). while going to see and we will see the validity of this Felstein-Horioka puzzle.
