    أثر استراتيجية الموارد البشرية الدولية على أثر أداء الشركات الدولية دراسة حالة

    الملخص (بالعربية) هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر استراتيجية الموارد البشرية الدولية على أداء الشركات الدولية، معتمدة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على شركة دولية وهي شركة هاليبرتون، وقمنا بتصميم استمارة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات، تتضمن مجموعة من العبارات التي تقيس متغيرات الدراسة، وقد تم توزيعها على المغتربين بالشركة محل الدراسة. وبعد استرجاعها، تم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، ثم قمنا بعرض وتحليل نتائج الدراسة، ومناقشة النتائج توصلت الدراسة إلى أن: لإستراتيجية الموارد البشرية الدولية في الشركة محل الدراسة بعدا استراتيجيا، وأنها تولي أهمية كبيرة لكل عناصر إستراتيجية الموارد البشرية الدولية، وأن إستراتيجية الموارد البشرية الدولية وبجميع عناصرها تؤثر إيجابا على أداء الشركة الدولية محل الدراسة الكلمات المفتاحية : إستراتيجية الموارد البشرية الدولية، إدارة المغتربين، الأداء الوظيفي، أداء الشركات الدولية Résumé (en Français) : Cette étude visait à déterminer l'impact de la stratégie internationale des ressources humaines sur la performance des entreprises internationales, sur la base de l'approche analytique descriptive et a été diffusée auprès des expatriés de l'entreprise étudiée. Après les avoir récupérées, les données ont été traitées statistiquement à l'aide du programme Statistique Package for Social Sciences, puis nous avons présenté et analysé les résultats de l'étude et discuté des résultats . L'étude a révélé que: La stratégie internationale des ressources humaines dans l'entreprise étudiée a une dimension stratégique et qu'elle attache une grande importance à tous les éléments de la stratégie internationale des ressources humaines, et que la stratégie internationale des ressources humaines et tous ses éléments affectent positivement le performance de la société internationale étudiée. Les mots clés : stratégie internationale des ressources humaines, management des expatriés, performance au travail, performance des entreprises internationales Abstract (en Anglais) : This study aims to determine the impact of the international human resources strategy on the performance of international companies, adopting the descriptive analytical approach where we conducted a field study on an international company, Halliburton, and we designed a form as a basic tool for data collection, including a set of phrases that measure the variables of the study, and has been distributed to expatriates in the company in question. After retrieving it, the data were processed statistically using the Social Science Statistical Packages Program, and then we presented and analyzed the results of the study, and discussed the results. This study results that the company's international human resources strategy studied has a strategic dimension, it attaches great importance to the various elements of the international human resources strategy. and that the international human resources strategy and all its components positively affect the performance of the international company under study.
