    :الملخص(بالعربية) ملخص :تنظيم المنافسات والأحداث الرياضية في وقتنا الحالي غاية تسعى معظم الدول لتحقيقها، بالنظر للانعكاساته وأثاره الإيجابية المختلفة لا سيما على اقتصاديات الدول المستضيفة لها. حيث أصبحت هذه المنافسات والبطولات الرياضيةأيضاً محل تملك، بالإضافة إلى تدخل عديد الأطراف والأشخاص والهيئات في عملية تنظيمها، كما أنها تتوفر على مجموعة من الحقوق والمنتجات المشتقة المترتبة عن تنظيمها، ما جعلها محل تعاقدات عديدة، وهو ما نتج عنه نشاط تعاقدي غير معهود وغير معروف من قبل، مااستدعى البحث خاصة من قبل الفقه الفرنسي، الذي كان له السبق في ذلك من خلال ما سماهلاحقاً " بالتنظيم التعاقدي للمنافسات الرياضية " الكلمات المفتاحية :-النشاط التعاقدي،-الملكية الفكرية، - الحقوق، -المنافسات، - التنظيم Résumé (en Français) : RESUME : L’organisation des compétitions et d’événements sportives est devenue à l’heure actuelle un objectif que la plupart des pays s’efforcent à atteindre, considérant ses diverses répercussions et ses effets notamment sur les économies des pays qu’il accueille. Étant donné que ces compétitions et championnats sportives sont également devenus un sujet de propriété, en plus de l’intervention de nombreuses parties, organismes et personnes dans le processus de leur organisation, Elle dispose également d’un ensemble de droits et de produits dérivés de son organisation, ce qui en a fait l’objet de nombreux contrats, C’est ce qui est produit une activité contractuelle méconnu et inconnuauparavant,ce qui a appelé à des recherches notamment de la part de la jurisprudence françaises, qui a été le premier à travers ce qu’il appellera plus tard" l’organisation contractuelle des compétitions sportives ."
