    الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في ظل المالية الربوية

    الملخص (بالعربية) تناولت هذه الرسالة موضوع " الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في ظل المالية الربوية "، وذلك بهدف معرفة مختلف سيناريوهات الصناعة المالية الإسلامية في ظل هشاشة النظام المالي الربوي وكذا في ظل الأزمة المالية الراهنة التي كانت بدايتها منذ نهاية سنة 2007 حيث تم تقسيم البحث إلى ثلاث فصول، عالجنا من خلالها : كل الجوانب المرتبطة بالنظام الرأسمالي وكذا الانتقادات الموجهة إليه، كل ما يتعلق بالنظام الاقتصادي والمالي الإسلامي ودور الهندسة المالية الإسلامية من خلاله، كل ما يتعلق بالأزمة المالية لسنة 2008، وكذا أدوات التمويل الإسلامي، و أدوات الهندسة المالية الإسلامية وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك ثلاث سيناريوهات للهندسة المالية الإسلامية في ظل النظام المالي الربوي: فروع مالية إسلامية داخل البنوك ربوية (حالة بعض الدول الأوروبية والعربية)، نظام مالي مزدوج هجين (حالة النموذج الماليزي)، أو نظام مالي إسلامي كامل (حالة النموذج الإيراني) Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : Abstract: This thesis addressed as a subject "Islamic financial engineering in light of usury Finance", in order to learn about different scenarios of Islamic finance industry in view of the fragility of the financial system based on interest, as well as in light of the current financial crisis, which has been beginning since the end of 2007. The research is divided into three chapters, we addressed through: all aspects of the capitalist system, as well as the criticism against him, everything related to the economic system and islamic finance and the role of islamic financial engineering through it, everything related to the financial crisis of 2008, as well as islamic financing tools, and engineering tools of islamic finance. The study found that there are three scenarios for islamic financial engineering in light of financial system based on interest: islamic financial branches inside the usurious banks (the case of some European and Arab countries), double hybrid financial system (the case of the Malaysian model), or a fully fledged islamic financial system (the case of the Iranian model).

    متطلبات تحقيق الجودة الشاملة ومحيط المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية

    الملخص (بالعربية) أصبحت الجودة الشاملة إستراتيجية ذات أهمية متزايدة لتعزيز القدرة التنافسية من خلال عمليات تحسين جودة المنتوجات، الموارد البشرية ، الخدمات، العمليات و المحيط لتبني هذه الإستراتيجية الجديدة للتسيير في مؤسساتنا الصناعية. يجب العمل، أولا على خلق ثقافة تنظيمية مبنية على أساس نظام فعّال يُمكّنُ من أن تتوافق جودة الموارد البشرية مع إحتياجات الأعمال من خلال برامج التدريب والتكوين من أجل زيادة كفاءة العمال، المهارات و القدرات. ثانيا أن تجاري إستمرارية التطورات التي تطرأ على محيطها الداخلي و الخارجي ، حتى تتمكن من الإندماج في تطور المحيط الإقتصادي بخلق قيمة للمستهلك باستمرار Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : Total quality becomes an increasingly important strategic to maximize competitiveness through continous improvement of product quality, human resources, services,processes and environment. To adopt this new strategic in management concept of our industrials entreprises must :First, create an organizational culture with high performance- based system, to align the human resource quality to the business needs by using training and professional development programs to increase employee efficiency, competencies and abilities. Second, will be involved in sustainable development of their internal and external environment . And will have to integrate it self in the development of economic environment and create sustainable customer value.
