    التطورات السياسية والإقتصادية لإيالة الجزائر خلال القرن 11هـ /17م

    :الملخص ( بالعربية ) تعتبر فترة القرن 17 م حاسمة في تاريخ الجزائر الحديث لما شهدته من أحداث وتطورات سياسية كتعاقب العديد من أنظمة الحكم ، وشكل العنصر العثماني الدور الأساسي فيها ،وإستبعاد العناصر المحلية الأمر الذي شكل بوادر الإنفصال عنها ، رغم العلاقة الودية بين الجزائر والدولة العثمانية ، كما إمتلكت الجزائر في هذه الفترة بحرية قوية جابت بها البحر المتوسط بل تعدت به الى المحيط الأطلسي فهو عصر التفوق البحري الذي كانت له عائدات كبيرة أثرت بشكل إيجابي على الجانب الإقتصادي فقد تميــز القـرن السابع عشر بسمات بارزة بإعتباره قرن التحـولات والتغيـرات الجذرية خاصة على الجانب السياسي ، وعلى تقوية طبيعة العلاقات الخارجية والداخلية Résumé (en Français) : Le 17ème siècle est considéré comme une période très importante dans l’histoire de l’Algérie moderne à partir les évènements et les développements politiques marqués : tel que le gouvernement du système Ottoman, ce dernier a joué un rôle fondamental par l’extermination des éléments locaux ce qui a favorisé un mouvement de dissociation malgré la bonne relation entre les deux (l’Algérie et le gouvernement Ottoman) d’un coté. D’un autre coté l’Algérie a possédé dans cette période une très forte défense maritime dans lequel a mis entre ses mains la mer de la méditerranée et même de l’Atlantique, car il était l’ère du progrès de la défense au niveau maritime, ce qui apporté beaucoup de points positifs au coté économique. Alors le 17ème siècle est marqué par un tas de changements remarquables notamment au coté politique ainsi que l’amélioration des relations amicales à l’intérieur aussi à l’extérieure. Summarization : ( in English ) The period of the 17th century is crucial in the modern history of Algeria as it witnessed the events and political developments, such as the succession of many regimes, the Ottoman element and the exclusion of local elements, which was the signs of separation from them, despite the friendly relationship between Algeria and the Ottoman Empire, In this period, Algeria possessed a strong freedom that traversed the Mediterranean Sea, but surpassed it to the Atlantic Ocean, the era of maritime excellence, which had great revenues and had a positive impact on the economic side. The seventeenth century was characterized by prominent features as the century of radical changes and changes, especially on the political side, and to strengthen the nature of external and internal relations
