    Estimation locale linéaire fonctionnelle : missing Data

Dans un premiers temps, nous considérons le problème de l'analyse de covariabilité entre une variable fonctionnelle X et une variable de réponse scalaire Y qui n'est pas totalement observée. Nous utilisons l'approche locale linéaire pour modéliser cette relation en construisant un estimateur locale linéaire de l'opérateur de régression lorsque les données manquantes apparaissent dans la variable de réponse. Dans un second temps, nous analysons la covariabilité entre deux variables aléatoires lorsque la réponse une n'est pas totalement observée. Nous utilisons la méthode de noyau les plus proche voisin pour construire un estimateur de la régression locale linéaire lorsque les données manquantes apparaissent dans la variable de réponse. Les résultats asymptotiques, en termes de consistances ponctuelles et de consistance uniforme presque complète, sont établis pour l'estimateur construit. Les mots clés : Convergence presque complète, Méthode locale linéaire, Données manquantes, Consistance uniforme, Opérateur de régression. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Abstract (en Anglais) : In this thesis, we are mainly interested in the non-parametric estimation of the regression operator of a functional variable and a scalar response variable that is not fully observed. First, we consider the problem of covariability analysis between a functional variable X and a scalar response variable Y that is not fully observed. We use the local linear approach to model this relationship by constructing a local linear estimator of the regression operator when missing data appears in the response variable. In a second step, we analyze the covariability between two random variables when response one is not fully observed. We use the nearest neighbour's kernel method to construct an estimator of local linear regression when missing data appears in the response variable. Asymptotic results, in terms of point consistencies and almost complete uniform consistency, are established for the constructed estimator.
