    Etude comparative de l’estimation fonctionnelle de la fonction de risque conditionnelle

    الملخص (بالعربية) في هذه الرسالة, نحن مهتمون بشكل رئيسي في دراسة مقارنة بين طرق التقدير اللامعلمي لوظيفة الصدفة الشرطية بواسطة متغير توضيحي وظيفي مشروط لمتغير الاستجابة حقيقي في البداية, ندرس التقارب شبه الكامل لمقدار الدالة الشرطية في كلتا الحالتين حالة بيانات مستقلة موزعة بشكل متماثل وحالة الخلط. سيتم النظر في نوع آخر من الاعتماد حالة الخلط الضعيف لدراستنا وننشئ في ظل هذه الحالة الخصائص التقاربية لمقدارنا على وظيفة الصدفة الشرطية بعد ذلك, مع الأخد في الاعتبار ميزة التقديرات المتكررة في الممارسة, فإننا مهتمون بالمقدر التراجعي لوظيفتنا وتعميم النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها سابقا نبرهن التقارب شبه الكامل. أخيرا, لتحقق من صحة نتائجنا, سيتم إعطاء دراسة على بيانات المحاكاة, يتم أيظا النظر في تطبيق لتقدير نقطة الخطر العالية Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : Dans cette thèse, nous intéressons essentiellement à une étude comparative entre les méthodes d'estimation non paramétrique de la fonction de hasard conditionnelle par la méthode du noyau pour une variable explicative fonctionnelle conditionnée à une variable réponse réelle. Dans un premiers temps, Nous étudions la convergence presque complète de l'estimateur de la fonction de hasard conditionnelle dans les deux cas : cas des données indépendantes identiquement distribuées i.i.d. et le cas de mélange fort. D'autre type de dépendance faible sera considéré pour notre étude et nous établissons sous la condition d’ergodicité les propriétés asymptotique de notre estimateur construit de fonction de hasard conditionnelle. Dans un second temps, vu l'avantage de l'estimation récursive en pratique, nous intéressons à un estimateur récursive pour notre fonction et nous généralisons les résultats obtenus précédemment. Nous établissons la convergence presque complète sous des conditions générales. Ainsi, une application à l'estimation du point à haut risque est également considérée. Finalement, pour valider notre résultat, une étude sur des données simulées sera donnée. Abstract: In this thesis, we are mainly interested in a comparative study between non-parametric methods of estimation of the conditional hazard function by the kernel method for a functional explanatory variable conditioned to a real response variable. First, we study the almost complete convergence of the estimator of the conditional hazard function in both cases: the case of identically distributed independent data i.i.d. and the case of strong mixing. Other types of low dependency will be considered for our study and we under the condition of ergodicity, we establish the asymptotic properties of our estimator constructed as a conditional hazard function. Secondly, because of the advantage of recursive estimation in practice, we are interested in a recursive estimator for our function and we generalize the results obtained previously. We establish the almost complete convergence under general conditions. Thus, an application to the estimation of the point at high-risk is also considered. Finally, in order to validate our results, a study on simulated data will be given.
