    Activité antioxydant d’extrait de polyphénols du pistachier lentisque (Pistacia lentiscus L.)

    Résumé : (Français ) Pistacia lentiscus L. est une espèce végétale abondante dans toute la région méditerranéenne, notamment en Algérie. Cet arbrisseau est une espèce médicinale qui connait une vaste utilisation en pharmacologie et en industrie justifiée par sa richesse en composants bioactifs. L’objectif de cette étude est de mettre en évidence la richesse dePistacia lentiscus L. En composés phénoliques et l’évaluation de leur pouvoir antioxydant par la méthode du piégeage du radical libre DPPH . Les méthodes de dosage colorimétrique des composés phénoliques ont révélées une teneur de notre extrait en polyphénols totaux de 3,189 mg EAG/ g MF et une teneur en flavonoïdes de1,917 mg EQ/g MF. L’extrait a montré une bonneactivité antioxydant avec une réduction du radical DPPH supérieure à1.29 mg/l à la concentration de 1 mg.mL­1 . Abstract : ( Anglais ) Pistacialentiscus L. is an abundant plant species throughout the Mediterranean region, especially in Algeria. This shrub is a medicinal species which was widely used in pharmacology and industry justified by its richness in bioactive components. The objective of this study is to highlight the richness of Pistacialentiscus L. in phenolic compounds and the evaluation of their antioxidant power by the method of trapping the free radical DPPH . The methods of colorimetric determination of phenolic compounds revealed a content of our extract in total polyphenols of 3,189 mg EAG/ g MF and a content of flavonoids 1,917 mg EQ/g MF. The extract showed good antioxidant activity with a reduction of the DPPH radical greater than 1,29mg/l at the concentration of 1 mg.mL­1 Key words: Pistacialentiscus L., polyphenols, flavonoids, antioxidant activity.
