    L’analyse de la croissance socio-économique de l’Algérie Approche institutionnaliste & modélisation économétrique

    الملخص(بالعربية) تعنى الاطروحة بدراسة وتحليل معمق لواقع الاقتصاد الجزائري وتتمحور بالاساس في هذا البحث في اختبار الفرضية التي تفترض أن توفر المؤسسات القوية (بالمعنى الايجابي للمصطلح) من شأنه أن يعزز النمو الاقتصادي للجزائر وللتحقق من هذه الفرضية ، فقد لجأنا إلى الحجة العقائدية واختبار تجريبي عن طريق التحليل الإحصائي ، وتبين من التجارب المختلفة التي أجريت ، على البيانات التي تغطي الفترة (1990 - 2016) ، أن تأثير جودة المؤسسات على النمو ظلت محايدة Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : Résumé Français : L’intérêt de cette recherche est de tester l’hypothèse qui présuppose que la disponibilité d’institutions solides (au sens noble du terme) boosterait la croissance économique dans le cas Algérie. Pour vérifier cette hypothèse nous avons recouru à l’argumentaire doctrinaire et un test empirique en passant par l’analyse statistique, Il s’est avéré à partir des différents tests effectués, sur les données couvrant la période (1990 – 2016), que l’effet de la qualité des institutions sur la croissance est neutre. Cela confirme le caractère atypique de l’économie algérienne, difficile d’être circonscrit par une problématique relevant de la théorie institutionnelle, malgré l’importance irréfutable de celle-ci sur l’encadrement de l’économie. Abstract :The interest of this research is to test the hypotheses that presuppose that the availability of solid institutions would boost the economic growth in the case Algeria. In order to verify this hypothesis we have used doctrinal arguments and an empirical test by means of statistical analysis. It has been shown from the various tests carried out on the data covering the period 1990-2016 that the effect of the quality of institutions on growth is neutral. This confirms the atypical character of the Algerian economy, difficult to be circumscribed by a problematic of institutional theory, despite the importance of this one on the supervision of the economy.
