    Propriétés asymptotiques uniformes d’estimateurs pour variables fonctionnelles et applications

    الملخص (بالعربية) نقترح في هده الأطروحة دراسة التَقارب شبه الكامل المنتظم على معامل السَلاسة لبعض المقدَرات من نوع النَواة الكلاسيكيَة غير البارا مترية على عيَنة مستقلَة ومتطابقة التَوزيع من متغيَر تفسيري غير منتهي الأبعاد لتقدير متغيَر جوابي حقيقي. النَتائج المحصَل عليها تمكَننا بمعالجة المقدَرات من نوع ك ن ن وإعداد أدوات الاختيار الأوتوماتيكي لأمثل عدد الجيران بواسطة طريقة المصادقة المتقاطعة ندرس في الفرع الأخير أمثلة لتطبيق هده الأدوات لتوضيح بساطة تنفيذها و حسن سيرها Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : Nous nous proposons, dans ce travail de recherche, d’établir la convergence presque complète uniforme sur les paramètres de lissage de quelques estimateurs à noyaux non paramétriques sur un échantillon i.i.d d’une variable explicative fonctionnelle afin d’estimer une variable réponse réelle. Les résultats obtenus nous permettent de traiter d’estimateurs de type kNN et d’en développer des outils de sélection automatique du nombre de voisins optimal par validation croisée. Nous traitons en dernière partie deux exemples d’applications de ces outils pour illustrer leur simplicité d’implémentation et leur bon comportement. In this work, we propose to establish the uniform in bandwidth almost complete consistency of some nonparametric estimators, dealing with an i.i.d sample of a functional regressor to estimate a real response variable. The obtained results allow us to deal with kNN type estimators and then to develop optimal number of neighbours’ automatic selection tools with cross validation. We process at last two application’s examples about those tools to illustrate their simplicity of implementation and their good behaviour.
