    Étude du pouvoir allélopathique de l’extrait aqueux d’Urtica dioica L. sur la germination des grains du blé dur

    Résumé : ( Français ) Notre travail a pour objectif de rechercher l’effet allélopathique de l’extrait aqueux des feuilles de l’ortie sur la germination et la croissance d’une variété de blé dur "Vitron". Les résultats auxquels nous avons aboutis ont permis de faire ressortir que le lot traité par l’extrait dilué à 1% a enregistré un faible taux d’inhibition de la germination. Cependant les extraits aux concentrations de 3 ; 5 ; 7 et 10% affectent significativement la germination des grains de blé et donc possèdent une bonne activité allélopathique sur le taux de germination, le taux d'inhibition, la cinétique de germination, et son action sur le développement et la croissance des grains de blé. Il s’agit d’une phytotoxicité de ces extraits vis-à-vis de ces grains. Mots clés: Urtica dioica L., germination, blé, allélochimie, croissance . Abstract : ( Anglais ) Our work aims to investigate the allelopathic effect of the aqueous extract of nettle leaves on the germination and growth of a variety of durum wheat "Vitron". The results we obtained showed that the batch treated with the extract diluted at 1% recorded a low rate of germination inhibition. However, the extracts at concentrations of 3; 5; 7 and 10% significantly affect seed germination and therefore have a good allelopathic activity which highlighted their action on the germination rate, the rate of inhibition germination kinetics, and their action on the development and growth of wheat seeds. It is a question of a phytotoxicity of these extracts towards these seeds. Keywords: Urtica dioica L., germination, wheat, allelochemistry, growth .
