    Contribution à l’évaluation de la résistance et la formation de biofilms de souches de Pseudomonas aeruginosa d’origine hospitalière

    Résumé : ( Français ) Ce travail vise à contribuer à mettre en évidence le niveau de résistance de P.aeruginosa et sa capacité à échapper à l’action thérapeutique en milieu hospitalier. Cette espèce est une bactérie pathogène opportuniste responsable essentiellement d’infection nosocomiale chez les patients immunodéprimés. Cette espèce manifeste vis-à-vis des antibiotiques un pouvoir d’adaptation de plus en plus grand qui aboutit à des problèmes thérapeutiques souvent aigus. Elle est susceptible d’être agent d’infections chroniques causées par la formation de biofilm. Nous avions visé l’isolement, l’identification de souches de P. aeruginosa isolées dans divers services du CHU de Sidi Bel Abbes, mais notre étude pratique a été interrompu par le fait de la crise sanitaire liée à la pandémie du Covid-19. L’étude comptait une étape d’isolement de souches du milieu hospitalier. L’identification, l’étude de l’antibiorésistance et l’évaluation de l’aptitude à former des biofilms de souches été programmées dans le laboratoire de bactériologie du CHU de Sidi Bel Abbès. Abstract : ( Anglais ) This work aims to help highlight the level of resistance of P.aeroginosa and its ability to escape therapeutic action in hospitals. This species is an opportunistic pathogenic bacterium mainly responsible for nosocomial infection in immunocompromised patients. This species manifests a n increasing power of adaptation towards antibiotics ,which results in often acute therapeutic problems . it is likely to be the agent of chronic infection cansed by the formation of biofilm We aimed for isolation, the identification of strains of P.aeroginosa isolated in various de partments of the CHU of sidi bel abbes,but our pratical study was interrupted by the health crisis linked to the Covid – 19 pandemic .the study included a stage of isolating strains from the hospital environment .the identification study of antibiotic resistance and evaluation of the ability to form biofilms of strains were scheduled in the bacteriology laboratory of the CHU of sidi bel abbes .
