    Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : Dans cette thèse, la méthode des éléments finis sera utilisée pour analyser l'endommagement du ciment orthopédique dans les prothèses totales de hanche sous chargement dynamique. L'évolution de l'endommagement en fonction du temps sera étudiée dans le but de prédire la durée de vie des P.T.H cimentés. In this thesis, the finite element method is used to analyze the damage of bone cement in total hip prostheses under dynamic loading. The evolution of the damage over time will be studied in order to predict the lifetime of cemented THA.
