    يوفر المؤتمر الدولي للهندسة الكهربائية (ICEE 2026) منصة علمية متميزة تجمع الباحثين والأساتذة الباحثين وطلبة الدكتوراه والمهندسين والمهنيين والخبراء من مختلف المؤسسات الجامعية والبحثية الوطنية والدولية، من أجل اللقاء وتبادل المعارف والخبرات ومناقشة أحدث التطورات العلمية والتكنولوجية في مجال الهندسة الكهربائية. ويهدف هذا الحدث، المنظم يومي 09 و10 ديسمبر 2026 من طرف كلية الهندسة الكهربائية بجامعة جيلالي ليابس بسيدي بلعباس بالتعاون مع مخابر الكلية، إلى تعزيز التفاعل بين البحث الأكاديمي والتطبيقات الصناعية والتكنولوجية. وسيتناول المؤتمر مجموعة واسعة من المواضيع الحديثة، تشمل الأنظمة الكهربائية والإلكترونية، والطاقات المتجددة والشبكات الذكية والأنظمة الكهربائية المستدامة، ومعالجة الإشارة والإعلام الآلي، والتحكم والأتمتة والأنظمة الذكية، إضافة إلى الاتصالات وأنظمة الاتصال. كما سيشكل المؤتمر فضاءً لتبادل أحدث نتائج البحوث، وعرض الابتكارات والحلول التكنولوجية، ومناقشة التحديات المستقبلية المرتبطة بالتحول الرقمي والطاقوي والصناعي. ويهدف هذا التجمع الدولي إلى تعزيز التعاون العلمي بين الباحثين والمؤسسات الجامعية ومراكز البحث، وتشجيع إنشاء مشاريع بحثية مشتركة، ودعم الباحثين الشباب وطلبة الدكتوراه، وتقريب الجامعة من القطاع الصناعي. كما يطمح المؤتمر إلى أن يكون فضاءً دولياً للابتكار والحوار العلمي، يساهم في تعزيز مكانة جامعة جيلالي ليابس وإشعاعها العلمي على المستويين الوطني والدولي. The International Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE 2026) provides a distinguished scientific platform bringing together researchers, academics, PhD students, engineers, industry professionals, and experts from national and international universities and research institutions to meet, exchange knowledge and expertise, and discuss the latest scientific and technological advances in electrical engineering. Organized on December 9–10, 2026, by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Djillali Liabes University of Sidi Bel Abbes, in collaboration with the faculty’s research laboratories, the event aims to strengthen interaction between academic research and industrial and technological applications. The conference will address a broad range of contemporary topics, including electrical and electronic systems, renewable energy, smart grids and sustainable electrical systems, signal processing and computer science, control, automation and intelligent systems, as well as telecommunications and communication systems. It will provide a valuable forum for presenting recent research findings, showcasing innovations and technological solutions, and discussing future challenges related to the digital, energy, and industrial transitions. The objective of this international gathering is to strengthen scientific cooperation among researchers, universities, and research institutions, encourage the development of joint research projects, support young researchers and PhD students, and foster stronger links between academia and industry. The conference also aims to serve as an international hub for innovation and scientific dialogue, contributing to the scientific visibility and international outreach of Djillali Liabes University. L’International Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE 2026) constitue une plateforme scientifique de premier plan réunissant chercheurs, enseignants-chercheurs, doctorants, ingénieurs, professionnels du secteur industriel et experts issus d’institutions universitaires et de recherche nationales et internationales, afin de se rencontrer, d’échanger leurs connaissances et leurs expériences et de débattre des dernières avancées scientifiques et technologiques dans le domaine du génie électrique. Organisé les 09 et 10 décembre 2026 par la Faculté de Génie Électrique de l’Université Djillali Liabes de Sidi Bel Abbes, en collaboration avec les laboratoires de la faculté, cet événement vise à renforcer les interactions entre la recherche académique et les applications industrielles et technologiques. La conférence abordera un large éventail de thématiques contemporaines, notamment les systèmes électriques et électroniques, les énergies renouvelables, les réseaux intelligents et les systèmes électriques durables, le traitement du signal et l’informatique, la commande, l’automatisation et les systèmes intelligents, ainsi que les télécommunications et les systèmes de communication. Elle offrira un espace privilégié pour présenter les résultats récents de la recherche, valoriser les innovations et les solutions technologiques et discuter des défis futurs liés aux transitions numérique, énergétique et industrielle. L’objectif de ce rassemblement international est de renforcer la coopération scientifique entre chercheurs, universités et institutions de recherche, de favoriser le développement de projets scientifiques communs, d’accompagner les jeunes chercheurs et doctorants et de renforcer les liens entre le monde académique et le secteur industriel. La conférence ambitionne également de devenir un véritable carrefour international d’innovation et de dialogue scientifique, contribuant ainsi au rayonnement scientifique et à la visibilité internationale de l’Université Djillali Liabes.
