Abstract
الملخص (بالعربية) :
الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تحديد تأثير المقاولاتية و إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة على التنمية المحلية من خلال معالجة الإشكالية التالية : ما مدى تأثير المقاولاتية و إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة على التنمية المحلية في الجزائر ؟
للإجابة على هذه الإشكالية تم الإعتماد على جانب نظري إرتكز على الدراسات التي تناولت الموضوع بالإضافة إلى تدعيم هذا الجانب ببعض الأرقام و الإحصائيات المتعلقة بالمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة و التنمية المحلية في الجزائر ، و تم الإعتماد أيضا على جانب تطبيقي إستعنا فيه بالإستبيان و المقابلة كأدوات لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من 32 مفردة من المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة المنتجة الناشطة في ولاية سيدي بلعباس و قد تم معالجة هذه البيانات بإستخدام برنامج 22 SPSS لنتوصل في الأخير إلى عدة نتائج كان أهمها أنه يوجد تأثير متوسط القوة للمقاولاتية و إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة على التنمية المحلية في العينة محل الدراسة .

Résumé : Cette étude vise à tenter de déterminer l'impact de l'entrepreneuriat et de la création de petites et moyennes entreprises sur le développement local en abordant la problématique suivante : Quel est l'impact de l'entrepreneuriat et de la création de petites et moyennes entreprises sur le développement local en Algérie ?
Pour répondre à cette problématique, nous nous sommes appuyés sur un aspect théorique basé sur des études qui traitaient du sujet en plus de renforcer cet aspect avec quelques chiffres et statistiques liés aux petites et moyennes entreprises et au développement local en Algérie, et nous nous sommes également appuyés sur une étude appliquée dans laquelle nous avons utilisé le questionnaire et l'entretien comme outils de collecte de données A partir d'un échantillon de 32 petites et moyennes entreprises productives actives dans la wilaya de Sidi Bel Abbes, ces données ont été traitées à l'aide du programme SPSS 22 pour aboutir au final à plusieurs résultats , dont le plus important était qu'il y a un impact moyen de l'esprit d'entrepreneuriat et de la création de petites et moyennes entreprises sur le développement local dans l'échantillon à l'étude.

Abstract: This study aims to try to determine the impact of entrepreneurship and the creation of small and medium enterprises on local development by addressing the following problematic: What is the impact of entrepreneurship and the creation of small and medium enterprises on local development in Algeria ?
To answer this problematic, it was relied on a theoretical aspect based on studies that dealt with the subject in addition to supporting this aspect with some numbers and statistics related to small and medium enterprises and local development in Algeria , and reliance was also made on an applied aspect in which we used the questionnaire and the interview as tools for data collection From a sample of 32 productive small and medium enterprises active in the wilaya of Sidi Bel Abbes , this data was processed using the SPSS 22 program to reach in the last several results the most important of which was that there is a medium-strength impact of entrepreneurship and the creation of small and medium enterprises on local development in The sample under study.
