| dc.description | يشهد مجال الهندسة الكهربائية في السنوات الأخيرة تطورات متسارعة نتيجة التحول الرقمي والانتقال الطاقوي والتطور الكبير في تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والأنظمة الذكية. وقد أصبحت الأنظمة الكهربائية والإلكترونية الحديثة، والطاقات المتجددة، والشبكات الذكية، والأتمتة، ومعالجة الإشارة، والاتصالات، من الركائز الأساسية للتنمية التكنولوجية والصناعية المستدامة. وفي هذا السياق، أصبحت الحاجة إلى تبادل المعرفة العلمية والخبرات التقنية وتعزيز التعاون بين الجامعات ومراكز البحث والقطاع الصناعي أكثر أهمية من أي وقت مضى. وفي مواجهة التحديات المرتبطة بزيادة الطلب على الطاقة، وضرورة تحسين كفاءة الأنظمة الكهربائية، ودمج مصادر الطاقة المتجددة، وتطوير شبكات كهربائية ذكية ومرنة، يركز المؤتمر الدولي للهندسة الكهربائية على استكشاف الحلول العلمية والتكنولوجية القادرة على الاستجابة لمتطلبات المستقبل. كما يتيح المؤتمر مناقشة أحدث التطورات في التحكم والأتمتة والأنظمة الذكية، ومعالجة الإشارة، والأنظمة الإلكترونية، وتكنولوجيات الاتصالات، مع التركيز على التطبيقات الصناعية والطاقوية والرقمية. ويهدف هذا الحدث إلى تعزيز البحث العلمي والابتكار، وتبادل أفضل الممارسات، وتشجيع التعاون بين الباحثين والمؤسسات الأكاديمية والصناعية، ودعم تطوير حلول تكنولوجية مبتكرة تستجيب للتحديات الحالية. كما يوفر فرصة لطلبة الدكتوراه والباحثين الشباب لعرض أعمالهم والاستفادة من خبرات المتخصصين وتعزيز شبكات التعاون العلمي. ومن خلال جمع خبراء وطنيين ودوليين في مختلف تخصصات الهندسة الكهربائية، يسعى ICEE 2026 إلى إنشاء فضاء متعدد التخصصات لتبادل الأفكار وبناء شراكات علمية جديدة وإطلاق مشاريع بحثية مشتركة. ومن المتوقع أن يساهم المؤتمر في تعزيز التعاون العلمي الدولي، وتثمين نتائج البحث، وتقريب الجامعة من القطاع الصناعي، ودعم الابتكار التكنولوجي، وتعزيز مكانة جامعة جيلالي ليابس كمؤسسة جامعية فاعلة في مجال البحث والتطوير في الهندسة الكهربائية. Electrical engineering has undergone rapid and significant developments in recent years as a result of the digital transformation, the energy transition, and major advances in artificial intelligence and intelligent systems. Modern electrical and electronic systems, renewable energy technologies, smart grids, automation, signal processing, and telecommunications have become essential pillars of sustainable technological and industrial development. In this context, the need to exchange scientific knowledge and technical expertise and to strengthen cooperation between universities, research institutions, and industry has become more important than ever. In response to challenges related to increasing energy demand, the need to improve the efficiency of electrical systems, the integration of renewable energy sources, and the development of smart, flexible, and resilient electrical grids, the International Conference on Electrical Engineering focuses on exploring scientific and technological solutions capable of addressing future requirements. The conference will also provide an opportunity to discuss recent advances in control and automation, intelligent systems, signal processing, electronic systems, and communication technologies, with particular emphasis on industrial, energy, and digital applications. The event aims to promote scientific research and innovation, share best practices, encourage cooperation between researchers, academic institutions, and industry, and support the development of innovative technological solutions to current challenges. It will also provide PhD students and young researchers with an opportunity to present their work, benefit from the expertise of specialists, and develop new scientific networks. By bringing together national and international experts from different fields of electrical engineering, ICEE 2026 seeks to create a multidisciplinary environment for exchanging ideas, building new scientific partnerships, and initiating joint research projects. Le domaine du génie électrique connaît depuis plusieurs années des évolutions rapides et majeures sous l’effet de la transformation numérique, de la transition énergétique et des avancées considérables dans les technologies de l’intelligence artificielle et des systèmes intelligents. Les systèmes électriques et électroniques modernes, les énergies renouvelables, les réseaux intelligents, l’automatisation, le traitement du signal et les télécommunications constituent désormais des piliers essentiels du développement technologique et industriel durable. Dans ce contexte, l’échange des connaissances scientifiques et des expertises techniques ainsi que le renforcement de la coopération entre les universités, les centres de recherche et le secteur industriel revêtent une importance croissante. Face aux défis liés à l’augmentation de la demande énergétique, à la nécessité d’améliorer l’efficacité des systèmes électriques, à l’intégration des sources d’énergies renouvelables et au développement de réseaux électriques intelligents, flexibles et résilients, l’International Conference on Electrical Engineering s’intéresse à l’exploration de solutions scientifiques et technologiques capables de répondre aux exigences du futur. La conférence permettra également de discuter des avancées récentes dans les domaines de la commande et de l’automatisation, des systèmes intelligents, du traitement du signal, des systèmes électroniques et des technologies de communication, avec un intérêt particulier pour leurs applications industrielles, énergétiques et numériques. The International Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE 2026) provides a distinguished scientific platform bringing together researchers, academics, PhD students, engineers, industry professionals, and experts from national and international universities and research institutions to meet, exchange knowledge and expertise, and discuss the latest scientific and technological advances in electrical engineering. Organized on December 9–10, 2026, by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Djillali Liabes University of Sidi Bel Abbes, in collaboration with the faculty’s research laboratories, the event aims to strengthen interaction between academic research and industrial and technological applications. The conference will address a broad range of contemporary topics, including electrical and electronic systems, renewable energy, smart grids and sustainable electrical systems, signal processing and computer science, control, automation and intelligent systems, as well as telecommunications and communication systems. It will provide a valuable forum for presenting recent research findings, showcasing innovations and technological solutions, and discussing future challenges related to the digital, energy, and industrial transitions. The objective of this international gathering is to strengthen scientific cooperation among researchers, universities, and research institutions, encourage the development of joint research projects, support young researchers and PhD students, and foster stronger links between academia and industry. L’International Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE 2026) constitue une plateforme scientifique de premier plan réunissant chercheurs, enseignants-chercheurs, doctorants, ingénieurs, professionnels du secteur industriel et experts issus d’institutions universitaires et de recherche nationales et internationales, afin de se rencontrer, d’échanger leurs connaissances et leurs expériences et de débattre des dernières avancées scientifiques et technologiques dans le domaine du génie électrique. Organisé les 09 et 10 décembre 2026 par la Faculté de Génie Électrique de l’Université Djillali Liabes de Sidi Bel Abbes, en collaboration avec les laboratoires de la faculté, cet événement vise à renforcer les interactions entre la recherche académique et les applications industrielles et technologiques.
