    دور التجارة الخارجية في استقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر دراسة مقارنة بين الجزائر و المغرب و تونس

    الملخص (بالعربية) : يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي من هذا البحث في إلقاء الضوء على تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر و المغرب و تونس في ظل السياسات التجارية المنتهجة و الإصلاحات التدريجية التي بادرت بها هذه الدول في إطار خلق بيئة أعمال مواتية، و قد أثبتت الدراسة الميدانية و التطبيقية أن حصيلة التدفقات الواردة قد اختلفت من حيث الحجم تبعا لطبيعة المناخ الاستثماري الذي يتوافر عليه كل بلد في ظل فرص اتفاقيات التبادل الحر والتدابير المصاحبة للانفتاح والتنوع الإنتاجي لتعزيز الإندماج، كما أظهرت نتائج الدرسة القياسية أن للانفتاح التجاري أثر معنوى على تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على المدى الطويل في الجزائر. الكلمات المفتاحية: التجارة الخارجية، الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، النمو الاقتصادي، الانفتاح التجاري Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : Abstract : The main objective of this research is to shed light on foreign direct investment flows in Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia under well- known trade policies and progressive reforms initiated by these countries in the context of creating a favorable business climate, A multitude of reforms have been put in place by governments to improve the business climate and foster the attractiveness of countries for FDI, the results have shown that the good business climate affects more the flows of the FDI, and these vary according to the strengths of each country in the context of trade openness and free echange. In the same context, the econometric estimate revealed had a significant effect between the trade openness and foreign direct investment flows long- term in Algeria.
