| dc.description | الملخص (بالعربية) : يعيش العالم اليوم ثروة معرفية هائلة مكنت الدول المتقدمة من تحويل اقتصادياتها إلى ما يسمى باقتصاد المعرفة والذي يعني في مجمله إنتاج نشر واستخدام المعرفة ما بين قطاعاته من خلال الاستثمار في مقومته الأساسية المتمثلة في التعليم، البحث والتطوير حيث نهدف من خلال هذه البحث إبراز مفاهيم اقتصاد المعرفة وتشخيص واقعه بالنسبة للجزائر من خلال الوقوف على أبرز التحديات الذي يواجهها هذا النوع الجديد من الاقتصاد والبحث عن الآليات الواجب اتخاذها من قبل الدولة والتي تمكن من تخطي هذه الحواجز . Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : Résumé : Le monde connaît, aujourd’hui, une immense richesse de connaissances qui a permis aux pays développés de transformer seséconomies à cequ’onappelle « L’Economie des Connaissances ». La notion de l’économie des connaissancessignifie, dans son ensemble, la production, la diffusion et l’utilisation des connaissances au sein de sessecteurs en investissantdanssesconstituantsfondamentaux qui se manifestentdansl’éducation, la rechercheet le développement. A travers cetterecherche, nous visons à citer les concepts relatifs à l’économie des connaissances et à diagnostiquerégalement son fait pratique en Algérie en présentant les principauxdéfisqu’envisagentce nouveau genre d’économie et en cherchantégalement les mécanismes qui doiventêtreadoptésparl’étatafin de pouvoirsurmonterces obstacles. Abstract : Nowadays, the world witnesses a great knowledge wealththat has allowed the developed countries to transform their economies into what is called « Knowledge Economy ». This term, entirely, means producing, spreading and using knowledge in between its sectors by investing in its fundamental constituents that are manifested in education, research and development. Through this research, we aim at showing the notions related to the knowledge economy and at the diagnosis of its practical fact in Algeria by presenting the principal challenges that faced this new type of economy and by looking for the mechanisms which must be adopted by the state in order to overcome these obstacles. | |
