Abstract
الملخص(بالعربية):
العديد من الدراسات قد القت الضوء على أهمية الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في التأثير على النموالاقتصادي للبلد المضيف. و لكن حتى يكون هذا التأثير إيجابيا، لابد من توفرالبلد المضيف على قدرات استيعابية للتكنولوجيا المصاحبة لهاته التدفقات، و لعل أبرزها، مستوى التطور المالي. قدم هذا العمل عرضاللتحقق التجريبي من هذه الفرضية في حالة الجزائر.
في عملناإعتمدنا علاقة غير خطية بين تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر و التطور المالي. النتائج دلت على أن دخول تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى حد كبير مرتيطبطبيعة البيئة الاقتصادية (زيادة الاستثمار المحلي و الانفاق العام و معدل النمو الاقتصادي ). وفيما يتعلق بأثر التطور المالي، وجدنا أنه من الواجب أن لا يقل مستوى التطور المالي عنالحد الأدنى المطلوب. انطلاقا من هذه العتبة يمكن للنظام الماليأن يكون له تأثير إيجابي على دخول تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر.
Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) :
The number of empirical studies examining the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) and financial sector development on economic growth has been growing ever since the emergence of endogenous growth theory.However, more recent studies have shown that the positive growth impact of FDI is dependent on the extent of financial sector development in host countries. This work empirically examines if financial sector development is an important precondition for foreign direct investment (FDI) to enhance economic growth in Algeria.
In our work we have adopted non- linear relationship between FDI flows and financial development. The results indicated that the entry of foreign direct investment flows to a large extent linked to the environment economic nature. With regard to the impact of financial development, it is confirmed that a country can benefit more from the presence of FDI inflows if the development of the domestic financial system has reached a certain minimum level.
