Abstract
الملخص (بالعربية)
ان الدعوى أمام القضاء ليس لها مصلحة غير الحق، وتصنيف الدعاوي القضائية مرجعه الحقوق التي ترمي الى حمايتها، والقانون الجمركي مقصد قواعده دائما هو حماية الحق الجمركي، ولهذا أُثري هذا القانون أكثر من غيره من القوانين بخصوصيات وقواعد تأبى أن تعيش في بيئة القواعد العامة للمنازعات، مبادئ أكثر تشددا وخروجا عن القاعدة العامة، تلك هي أهم محاور هذه الأطروحة في بابين، بعنوان: (( دعاوى الحق الجمركي))
Résumé (en Français) :
Toutes les actions en juridiction portées devant le pouvoir judiciaire n'ont d'autre intérêt que le droit, et chaque droit qui est satisfait par une action en justice et une classification des actions en justice fait référence aux droits qu'il vise à protéger.
Le but de la loi douanière est de protéger le droit de douane, et cette loi a donc été enrichie de caractéristiques et de règles qui ne souhaitent pas vivre dans un environnement de règles générales de conflit. Ce sont les thèmes les plus importants de la thèse de doctorat intitulée (actions droits de douane)

Abstract (en Anglais) :
All lawsuits brought before the judiciary have no interest other than the right, and every personal right that corresponds to a lawsuit and classifying lawsuits refers to the rights that it aims to protect.
The aim of the Customs Law is to protect the customs right, and therefore this law has been enriched with characteristics and rules that do not wish to live in an environment of general conflict rules These are the most important axes of the doctoral thesis entitled "The Customs Right lawsuits.
