| dc.description.abstract | الملخص (بالعربية) تلخصت دراستنا واقع و أفاق المبادلات التجارية بين الصين و دول شمال إفريقيا - دراسة حالة الجزائر- على مجموعة من النتائج التي اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي و الإستنباطي وهي: -التركيز على التعاون جنوب جنوب و ما ينتج عنه من تخفيض تكاليف المبادلاتخاصة مع دخول اليوان الصيني في سلة العملات الصعبة -التجارة الصينية الجزائرية تقوم على أساس مبادلة المنفعة و المصالح -لابد من تصحيح النظام المصرفي الجزائري الذي يعتمد على السوق الموازية في المبادلات الخارجية و هذا ما يزيد نفعا لتخفيض فاتورة الاستيراد الجزائري Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : Notre étude résume la réalité et perspectives des échanges commerciaux entre, la chine et les pays d’Afriques du nord- l’étude de cas de l’Algérie sur un ensemble de résultats basés sur l’approche descriptive et approche déductive est : -Mettre l’accent sur la coopération sud-sud et la réduction conséquente des couts de change, en particulier avec l’entrée du Yuan chinois dans le panier des devises étrangères. -Le commerce Chine – Algérie est basé sur l’échange de bénéfice et d’intérêt. -Il faut corriger le système bancaire Algérien qui dépend du marché parallèle des devises étrangères, ce qui est plus utile pour réduire la facture d’importation Algérienne. our study summarizes the reality and prospects of trade exchanges between china and the north African countries – the case study of Algerian on a set of results based on the analytical descriptive approach and deductive approach is : -focusing on south- south cooperation and consequent reduction in exchange costs, especially with the entry of the Chinese Yuan into the basket of foreign currencies. -China- Algeria trade is based on the exchange of benefit and interests. -It is necessary to correct the Algerian banking system, which depends on the foreign exchange, which is more useful for reducing the Algerian import bill. | |
