Abstract
Résumé (Anglais) :
The objective of this work is to perform a static bending analysis of porous sandwich plates in gradient materials evaluated using a refined theory of four-variable transverse shear strain. This theory takes into account the effects of transverse shearing and the parabolic distribution of the shear stresses according to the thickness of the plate and satisfies the conditions of nullity of the shear stress on the upper and lower faces of the plate FGM without the aid shear correction factors. In this study, the material properties of FGM skins vary continuously across plate thickness as a function of the P-FGM power law or the S-FGM sigmoid function in terms of the volume fractions of the constituents. The face layers are considered to be FGM while the core consists of a homogeneous ceramic layer. Four new forms of porosity were used in this study. The governing equations are derived from the principle of virtual displacements. The analytical solution is obtained using the Navier method. Numerical results are presented to show the effect of material distribution, sandwich plate geometry and porosity on deflection and stresses of FGM sandwich plates. The validity of the present theory is studied by comparing certain results obtained with other results published in the literature.
