Each constitutional consession revealed shortcomings that were not accepted by the Nigerian political leaders, and which consequently led to its reform. The final outcome of these developments gave birth to the independence of Nigeria with an NCNC/NEPU-NPC coalition government , yet the polity created was not a solid one as later problems revealed in the post independence period. | |
