Résumé :
Tout aménagement public ou privé qui, par ses dimensions ou ses effets, peut porter atteinte au milieu naturel est soumis à une « étude d’impacts ».
Une étude d’impact est une analyse scientifique et technique qui permet d’envisager globalement les conséquences (positives et négatives) que pourrait avoir un aménagement ou d’une installation sur l’environnement, le cadre de vie et la santé publique.
Le présent audit environnemental sur les carrières de Sidi Ali Ben youb, wilaya de Sidi Bel Abbes est effectué à titre de projet de régularisation d'une exploitation déjà opérationnelle pour sa mise en conformité avec les lois et règlements en vigueur relatifs à la protection de l'environnement dans le cadre du développement durable.
L’audit environnemental a pour objectif de répertorier les impacts potentiels d’une telle exploitation et d’en évaluer les répercussions éventuelles sur les riverains.

Abstract :
Any public or private development that, by its size or effects, may harm the natural environment is subject to an "impact study".
An impact study is a scientific and technical analysis that makes it possible to globally consider the consequences (positive and negative) that a development or facility could have on the environment, the living environment and public health.
The present environmental audit on the quarries of Sidi Ali Ben youb, wilaya of Sidi Bel Abbes is carried out as a project of regularization of an already operational exploitation for its compliance with the laws and regulations in force relating to the protection of the environment within the framework of sustainable development.
The objective of the environmental audit is to list the potential impacts of such an operation and to assess its possible repercussions on local residents.
