القرارات الصرفية لدى المجمع اللغوي بالقاهرة

الملخص (بالعربية) : ملخص: تعدّ المجامع اللغوية تهيئة علمية رفيعة المستوى الفكري الذي اهتدى إليه العرب المحدثون، قصد التمكّن من الدرس اللساني بشكل يستجيب لضروريات الواقع، ويستحضر اللغة في الحياة الحديثة، ليرسم لها مكانتها بين لغات العالم، ومن بين أكبر الجهود المبذولة لخدمة اللسان العربي ماتمّ القيام به عن الإجماع على صياغة، ووضع قرارات صرفية تتعلّق بدفع حركة البحث في هذا العلم المهمّ وفي شأن طبيعة هذه القرارات نجدها من قبيل العمل الدائم والوظيفة المستمرّة لمجمع اللغة العربية الذي تأسّس لغاية مواصلة البحث في الدرس اللساني عامة، استجابة لتنفيذ متطلّبات الحياة اللسانية، والعلمية الحديثة المتعلّقة بالترجمة، وصناعة المصطلح، والمعاجم، وتيسير تعليم الصرف، وتوفير مزيد من الصيغ البنائية قصد تحقيق حركة ميسّرة للسان العربي. الكلمات المفتاحية: اللسان العربي، المجمع اللغوي، القرارات الصرفية، الدرس اللساني. Résumé (en Français) : résumé La mosquée linguistique est un corps intellectuel scientifique de haut niveau que les Arabes modernes ont guidé, afin de pouvoir étudier la langue d’une manière qui répond aux nécessités de la réalité, et évoque la langue dans la vie moderne, pour dessiner sa position parmi les langues du monde, et parmi les plus grands efforts faits pour servir la langue arabe est ce qui a été fait par consensus Sur la formulation et l’élaboration de morphologique décisions liées à pousser le mouvement de recherche dans cette science importante et en ce qui concerne la nature de ces décisions, nous les trouvons telles que le travail permanent et la fonction continue de l’Académie de la langue arabe qui a été créée dans le but de continuer à purifier l’étude linguistique comme un défaut en réponse à la mise en œuvre des exigences de la vie linguistique et scientifique moderne liées à la traduction, et en faisant le terme, des dictionnaires, et en facilitant l’enseignement de Samosha, et en fournissant des formules plus structurelles afin de parvenir à un mouvement facile de la langue arabe. Mots-clés : la langue arabe, le complexe linguistique, les décisions bancaires, la leçon de langue. Abstract (en Anglais) : ABSTRACT : The linguistic mosque is a scientific, high-level intellectual body that the modern Arabs have guided to, in order to be able to study the tongue in a way that responds to the necessities of reality, and evokes the language in modern life, to draw its position among the world's languages, and among the greatest efforts made to serve the Arabic tongue is what has been done by consensus On the formulation and elaboration of morphological decisions related to pushing the research movement in this important science and regarding the nature of these decisions, we find them such as the permanent work and the continuous function of the Arabic Language Academy which was established for the purpose of continuing to purify the linguistic study as a defect, in response to the implementation of the requirements of modern linguistic and scientific life related to translation, and making The term, dictionaries, and facilitating the teaching of Samosha, and providing more structural formulas in order to achieve an easy movement of the Arabic tongue. . المقاربة النصية في تعليمية اللغة العربية في الطور الثانوي

الملخص (بالعربية) تعتمد تعليمية اللغة العربية في التعليم الثانوي على تعليمية النص الأدبي وفق حاجيات المتعلم لبلوغ غايات استعمال اللغة نطقا وكتابة، وقصد تحقيق المواطنة الفعالة النافعة وبذلك نتجاوز الجانب الضيق للنص إلى كل ما يحيط به من مستويات صوتية وصرفية وتركيبية ودلالية لتمكين المتعلم الوضعيات التعليمية في الحياة انطلاقا من ممارسة المقاربة النصية كتطبيق بيداغوجي وظيفي يعكس مدى مصداقية أن اللغة كل متكامل الكلمات المفتاحية :النص،المقاربة النصية ،النص الأدبي Résumé (en Français) : La didactique de la langue arabe, dans le cycle moyen, repose sur une didactique du texte littéraire, selon les besoins de l’apprenant, en vue d’atteindre les objectifs de l’usage de la langue, en pratique orale et écrite, et afin aussi de concrétiser une citoyenneté efficace. Cette pratique permet d’aller au-delà d’une conception simpliste du texte en touchant aux aspects phonétique, morphologique, syntaxique et sémantique du texte sont atteints, et aider l’apprenant d’appréhender les différentes situations didactiques, en se basant sur une pratique comparative des textes, conçue comme application pédagogique fonctionnelle, affirmant la thèse selon laquelle la langue est un tout. Les mots clés : text, texte littéraire, comparative des textes. Abstract (en Anglais) : The teaching of the Arabic language in secondary education depends on the teaching of the literary text according to the needs of the learner in order to achieve the goals of using the language in speech and writing, and with the aim of achieving effective and beneficial citizenship. Thus, we go beyond the narrow side of the text to what surrounds it in terms of phonemic, morphological, structural and semantic levels so as to enable the learner to achieve educational situations in Life based on the practice of the textual approach as a functional pedagogical application that reflects the credibility that the language is an integrated whole . استثمار اللّسانيّات في تعليميّة اللّغة قراءة في جهــود الباحث " صالح بلعيد"

الملخص (بالعربية) : إنّ استثمار التّجربة اللّسانيّة المعاصرة لتطوير المنهجيّة العلميّة لتعليميّة اللّغات أصبح من الضّروريات في الممارسات البيداغوجيّة، إذ تعدّ اللّسانيّات بشقّيها النّظريّ والتّطبيقيّ فتحًا جديدًا وجب الإفادة منه بغيةَ تحسين تحصيل متعلّم اللّغة والرّفع من جودة الاكتساب اللّغويّ لديه. وعليه، فإنّ الحاجة ألـحّت على استثمار جهود اللّسانيّين في حقل تعليميّة اللّغة، وفَرَضَت التّوجه إلى الدّراسات اللّسانيّة بكلّ مرجعيّاتها ومفاهيمها ومصطلحاتها ومناهجها ووسائلها وأدواتها الإجرائيّة والتّطبيقيّة في تعليميّة اللّغات الّتي لا تزال تعاني الضّعف والتّدني في المدرسة الجزائريّة. وفي ظلّ هذا المسعى، تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى الإفادة من الدّرس اللّسانيّ في تأهيل المتعلّمين لاكتساب الكفاءات اللّغويّة، وإبراز رؤية المدارس اللّسانيّة لذلك، وكذا إلقاء الضّوء على جهود الباحث "صالح بلعيد" باعتباره أحد اللّسانيّين المهتمّين بالشّأن التّربويّ التّعليميّ في الجزائر، والبحث في مُنزجه العلميّ ومقترحاته التّعليميّة للنّهوض بتعليميّة اللّغات عمومًا والعربيّة على وجه الخصوص. الكلمات المفتاحية : استثمار، اللّسانيّات، اللّغة، صالح بلعيد. Résumé (en Français) : Investir dans l'expérience linguistique contemporaine pour développer la méthodologie scientifique d'enseignement des langues est devenu une nécessité dans les pratiques pédagogiques, car la linguistique, tant théorique que pratique, est une nouvelle percée dont il faut tirer parti pour améliorer la qualité de l'enseignement. la réussite de l'apprenant de langue et élever son niveau d'apprentissage. En conséquence, l'urgente nécessité d'investir les efforts des linguistes dans le domaine de l'éducation aux langues, et a dicté l'orientation vers les études linguistiques avec toutes ses références, concepts, terminologies, programmes, moyens et outils procéduraux et appliqués dans l'enseignement des langues, ce qui dans l'Algérie l'école souffre encore de faiblesse et de détérioration. À la lumière de cet effort, cette étude vise à tirer parti de la leçon linguistique pour qualifier les apprenants à acquérir des compétences linguistiques, et à mettre en évidence la vision des écoles linguistiques pour cela, ainsi qu'à mettre en lumière les efforts du chercheur "Saleh Belaid " comme l'un des linguistes intéressés par la question éducative algérienne, et la recherche pédagogique dans le domaine de l'éducation. Et ses propositions pédagogiques pour faire avancer l'enseignement des langues en général et de l'arabe en particulier. Les mots clés : Investissement, linguistique, langue, Saleh Belaid. Abstract (en Anglais) : The investment of the modern linguistic experience to develop the scientific methodology for teaching languages has become a necessity in pedagogical practices. That's why we should take into consideration Linguistics, in both its theoretical and practical aspects in teaching languages, for improving the attainment of the language learner and raising the quality of his linguistic acquisition. Accordingly , The efforts of the linguists were urgently needed , and the situation impose to invest linguistic filed with all its references, concepts, terminologies, methods, approcaches, methodologies and even procedural and applied tools in languages didactic. Which is still weak in the Algerian school. This study aims to benefit from the linguistic lesson in qualifying learners to acquire competencies, and highlighting the vision of linguistic schools to that, and attempted to shed light on Dr. Saleh Belaid efforts, As one of the linguists interested in the educational issue in Algeria, and research in his scientific approach and educational proposals for the advancement of teaching languages in general and Arabic in particular. توليد اللفظة العربية آليا من خلال حوسبة المفاهيم الرياضية الخليلية

الملخص (بالعربية) : الموضوع: توليد اللفظة العربية آليا من خلال حوسبة المفاهيم الرياضية الخليلية. عملنا في هذا البحث على إنجاز برنامجين حاسوبيين يقومان بتوليد اللفظة العربية الاسمية والفعلية آليا من خلال حوسبة بعض المفاهيم الرياضية الخليلية كالقياس، والمثال، والمدار، هذه المفاهيم التي تسمح بالانتقال من لفظة إلى أخرى طردا وعكسا، إلى جانب مفهوم الموضع الذي يخلو من العناصر اللسانية ويشتغل بها، مما يجعله مماثلا للنظام الثنائي الحاسوبي المبنيى على أساس الصفر والواحد. الكلمات المفتاحية : التوليد، اللفظة، القياس، المثال، المدار، الموضع. Résumé (en Français) : Thème: Génération automatique du lexie arabe grâce à l'informatisation des concepts mathématiques Khalili. Dans cette recherche, on a travaillé sur l'écriture de deux programmes informatiques pour générer automatiquement la lexie arabe nominative et verbale en informatisant certains concepts mathématiques de Khalili, tels que l'analogie, schéme et le cycle, ces concepts qui permettent le passage d'une lexie à l'autre expulsé et à l'envers, en plus de la location qui est dépourvue d'unités linguistiques et en est remplie, et cela le rend similaire au système binaire construit sur la base de zéro et un dans un ordinateur. Les mots clés : Génération, Lexie, Analogies, Schéme, Cycle, Location. Abstract (en Anglais) : Theme: Generating the Arabic lexie automatically through the computerization of the Khalili mathematical concepts. In the present research work we have used two various computer programs and wrote on them, to generate the nominative and the verbal Arabic lexis Automatically by computerizing some mathematical concepts of Khalili such as the anology, the pattern, the cycle. These concepts allow us to move from one lexis to another parcel and invert. In addition to the location which is devoid of linguistic units and filled with them, the thing that makes it similar to the binary system, that is built on the basis of zero and one in a computer.
