Abstract
الملخص (بالعربية)
نظام الجودة المتكامل يضمن تطبيق مبادئ الجودة، الأمن، الصحة و السلامة للمستخدمين مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار حماية البيئة. بالإضافة إلى أنه يضمن تجنب مشاكل عدم تجانس تطبيق المواصفات كل على حدى، الاستغلال الجيد للموارد و للأنظمة، تجنيب التكرار، ضمان التوازن الدائم في إتخاذ القرارات، تسهيل إمتلاك نظام معلومات كفؤ. فهو يعمل على تمكين الأفراد من إنتاج منتجات بمواصفات عالية الجودة، رضا أكبر عدد ممكن من الزبائن، حماية البيئة الناشطة فيها هذا بإنتاج منتجات صديقة للبيئة مع حماية و سلامة لهم داخل المؤسسة. نظام الجودة المتكامل يعتبر أداة كبيرة لرفع الأداء فهو وسيلة فعالة في تحقيق تحسين الأداء بأبعاده الثلاث

Le système de management intégré assure l'application des principes de la qualité, la santé et la sécurité au travail, tout en tenant compte de la protection de l'environnement. En plus, il évite le manque d'homogénéité de l'application de chaque norme précise, une bonne utilisation des ressources, une bonne exploitation des systèmes, éviter la redondance, assurer un équilibre durable dans la prise de décision, obtenir un système d'information efficace. Ainsi, il permettra aux individus à réaliser des produits de haute qualité, la satisfaction des clients, la protection de l'environnement et les produits et une plus grande protection pour les employés au sein de l’entreprise. Le système de management intégré est un excellent outil efficace d'amélioration des performances des trois dimensions : de la qualité - protéger l'environnement - protéger les employés.

Abstract
The integrated quality system for ensures the application of the principles of quality, security, health and safety users while taking into consideration the protection of the environment. Furthermore, the system allows the avoidance of homogeneity issues related to application .The rational utilization of resources and Systems avoid redundancy, ensure permanent balance in making decision, facilitate an efficient information system. It enables individuals to produce high-quality products, to satisfy many customers as possible, to protect the environment in which they are active and safety within organizations. The integrated quality system is a great tool for incrensing performance, it is therefore an effective means of achieving performance improvement in its three dimensions: quality - protecting the environment - protecting employees (individuals).
