Abstract : The main aim of this thesis is to study the local linear estimation of the regression operator when both the response and explanatory variables belong to an Hilbert space. first, we consider the case when the response is scalar and the covariable is functional. The used estimator, in this case, is constructed from same idea as in Barrientos et al.(2010). Then, we establish its mean square convergence with rates. Secondly, we assume that the two variables (the response and the explanatory variables ) belong to an Hilbert space. In this last case, we construct a local linear estimator of the regression operator and we prove its almost-complete consistency. This asymptotic result is given with the same convergence rate as in the classical case. The last part, of this manuscript, may be considered as a generalization of the above one. In fact, it concerns the case where the response variable is in an Hilbert space and the explanatory variable belongs to a semi-metric space. In this case, we construct a local linear estimator and we establish its asymptotic properties with giving the corresponding rates of convergence. finally, we illustrate our theoretical studies by some applications on some simulated and biomedical real data.

(2018-04-07) RAFAA Fatima Zohra; Encadreur: ATTOUCH Mohammed Kadi; Co-Encadreur: LAKSACI Ali

(2018-05-15) TAHRAOUI Fatima Zohra; Encadreur: LIMAM-BELARBI Faiza
Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) : - One of the principal questions in mathematical finance is the optimal investment consumption problem for continuous time market models. By applying results from stochastic control theory, explicit solutions have been obtained for some special cases (see e.g. Karatzas and Shreve 1998, Korn 1997and references therein). Kluppelberg and Pergamenshchikov 2010 considered the optimal investment/consumption problem with uniform risk limits throughout the investment horizon for power utility functions. - In this thesis, we investigate an optimal consumption and investment problem for Black-Scholes type financial market on the whole investment interval [0, T]. We formulate various utility maximization problems, which can be solved explicitly. The method of solution uses the convex dual function (Legendre transform) of the utility function. Related to this concept, we introduce and study the convex dual of the value function for our problem.
